Now that the summer tourist season is beginning to wind down, I think it is about time for me to get back to work. Not that I have been idle since my last beach update, just struck by a bit of overworked summer lazyness.
This summer has been quite active here in Ocean City with great weather for beaching, fishing or just lounging on the deck of ones favorite bayfront restaurant. All in all, the summer has been profitable for most of the O.C. merchants in spite of the ultra-high gas prices.
On the other hand, the Real Estate Industry continues to look a little bleak throughout the country. The Makai condominium, however, seems to continue bringing buyers through the doors primarily because of the great price point for new construction, but also because of the Makai’s top of the line amenities and full furniture package provided by Kendall Home Furnishings.
